Matt is a DevOps Engineer with over ten years of experience working for customers and partners, covering systems administration, architecture, design, and automation. He is passionate about Cloud and DevOps processes, tools and techniques and enjoys helping customers and the community realise value from technology. Matt also works with our customers to understand and document business requirements, map technical requirements and design robust solutions that will meet the requirements. As a strong advocate of proactiveness and automation, this, in turn, allows our customers to focus on what is important to them.
Over the past several years, Matt has experienced first-hand the power of the communities within the wider IT industry and enjoys learning from others and, where possible, giving back. Matt has presented at several conferences in Australia and America.
Outside of the tech life, his two young children keep him busy, and when time permits, he indulges his love of music by picking up one of his guitars and making everyone around him wish they had earplugs!
