Michael has over 15 years’ experience in the ANZ Tech and SaaS industry, starting in Sales and Marketing, working through various Consulting roles and currently in Customer Success Management at Parallo. His love of working with people to understand technology, utilize it and ultimately succeed in business using it has shaped his career to date and allowed him to work with some globally recognised brands doing so.
With his product background he strives to deeply understand his customer's needs and ensure there is a strategic roadmap to work together on - aligned with business outcomes to ultimately drive success.
Michael has a young family and indulges himself in family activities trying to tire out his young boys. With any spare time he can find he loves tinkering with his Motorbike, or home automation projects around the property.
